A couple of weeks ago, Dylan was competing in the championship game of his soccer league and they invited us to come cheer him on. We kicked off (ha! ha!) the night with dinner at the Forney Dairy Queen and then headed over to the field. Being outside in the 100+ weather did not sound particularly exciting when we committed to go but the temperature ended up only feeling like 90-something when we were out in the field and under the Connells' new umbrella shade.
The fan were pretty cute and sunglasses were a must!
This was a BYOT (bring your own toy) type of event. Notice how much they are paying attention to the game!
