Amity has been begging to help me crack eggs. On a Sunday afternoon grocery store trip, I saw that Albertson's had a dozen eggs for $.99. They weren't the best quality eggs but I thought they might be good for cracking practice. I really thought it would be messy experience so we took everything out to the patio where we could hose it all away. Instead, our little chefs were amazingly skilled at cracking eggs. Vivi's had a litte bit of shell but not too much. We deemed the scrambled eggs worthy of cooking and being an afternoon snack. Best 99 cents we ever spent!
